Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. At QoolCold, we offer a straightforward return policy tailored for our customers in the United Arab Emirates.

14-Day Return Window

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This period is sufficient to ensure your product (such as our Mini Washer) is in perfect working condition.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To start a return, you must contact us at support@qoolcold.com.

Please note:

  • Return Address: Returns must be sent to our designated warehouse address in the UAE provided by our support team. Do not send items back to the address shown on the shipping label.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  • Unsolicited Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues (Quality Control)

Please inspect your order upon reception. Since we utilize Cash on Delivery, we encourage you to check the external packaging before the courier leaves. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or Store Credit, as there is no original credit card to refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the process to be completed.
