1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually dispatched on the same day. Please note that while we process orders daily, our courier partners may have limited operations on Sundays or public holidays.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Delivery: FREE for all orders across the UAE.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days. (Most deliveries to major cities like Dubai and Abu Dhabi arrive within 24–48 hours).
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
As we primarily offer Cash on Delivery, please ensure that you are available at the provided delivery address and that your UAE phone number is active. Our courier partner will contact you via call or WhatsApp to coordinate the exact delivery time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS with a tracking link. You can also contact our support team at support@qoolcold.com for real-time updates on your shipment.
6. Customs and Local Fees
Since we ship locally within the UAE, there are no hidden customs duties or international tariffs. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay to the courier.
7. Damages and Issues
If you receive your order damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@qoolcold.com with photos of the packaging and the product. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund as per our Return Policy.
