Welcome to QoolCold! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to QoolCold. QoolCold operates this store and website to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience in the United Arab Emirates (the "Services"). QoolCold is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in the United Arab Emirates, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. To use our Services and purchase products like our Mini Washer, you must provide accurate information, including your UAE phone number and delivery address.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will be accurate. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS & CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Since we primarily offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in the UAE, your order is considered a "commitment to buy". We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the provided contact information (Phone Number) is unreachable.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Prices are typically displayed in AED (UAE Dirhams). As we operate on a COD basis, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout to the courier upon delivery. Any additional local fees or taxes, if applicable, are included or stated clearly at the time of purchase.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We provide local shipping within the United Arab Emirates. While we aim for delivery within 1-3 business days, all delivery times are estimates. Once the product is handed to our local courier partner, we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of QoolCold and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any of our material without prior written consent.
SECTION 7 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY QoolCold is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge that any transactions are made directly with QoolCold, and Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales, injuries, or damages resulting from the products purchased.
SECTION 8 - PRIVACY & DATA Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the collection of necessary data to fulfill your orders within the UAE.
SECTION 9 - PROHIBITED USES You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose or to violate any UAE federal or local regulations, rules, or laws.
SECTION 10 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent provided by UAE law, QoolCold shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.
